At Psychedelic Trip Gateway, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality psychedelic products with secure and discreet shipping. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final; however, we offer refunds or reshipments in certain cases outlined below.
1. Refund & Return Eligibility
Because we sell perishable and sensitive products, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped. However, we may issue a refund or reshipment under the following conditions:
✅ Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit and tracking does not show delivery.
✅ Seized Shipments: If your package is seized by customs (only applicable for select international orders).
✅ Wrong or Damaged Order: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will review your case for a replacement or partial refund.
🚫 We do NOT offer refunds or reshipments for:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by the postal service
- Change of mind after placing an order
- Orders marked as “Delivered” in tracking
2. How to Request a Refund or Reshipment
If you believe you qualify for a refund or reshipment, please follow these steps:

📦 Provide Proof: Attach clear photos (if applicable) and a detailed explanation of the issue.
🕒 Resolution Time: We will review your case and respond within 2-3 business days with the next steps.
3. Cancellations & Order Changes
- Order Cancellations: You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of payment confirmation. Once processing begins, we cannot cancel your order.
- Changes to Orders: If you need to modify your order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate, but changes are not guaranteed.
